  • What is the TTA and how does it ensure my holiday is protected?
  • By Lauren Godfrey
  • Published 17 March 2020

For the majority of people, booking a holiday is one of the biggest financial commitments made after purchasing a house and a car, which is why consumers deserve to be protected financially from matters outside of their control. Winged Boots is dedicated to treating our customers’ money as if it were our own, which includes ensuring all precautionary measures are in place to guarantee that each booking is 100% financially protected. This is why we are a proud member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA). The TTA is one of the leading associations for the travel industry and is the only network in the UK to offer 100% financial protection to the consumer, ensuring total customer confidence. With more than 20-years of industry experience, the TTA also shares its passion, expertise, skills and knowledge with its members to support travel companies, with the customer always at the forefront.

What is the TTA and how does it ensure my holiday is protected?

How does the TTA protect my holiday?

When booking your holiday through a TTA member like Winged Boots, your payments will be made into a specially designated trust account and can only be used to pay for the elements of your holiday that you have booked. This covers holiday packages (flights and hotels plus any attraction tickets and transfers) as well as flight-only and hotel-only trips. Additionally, the TTA also takes out insurance cover on all monies held in trust up to a maximum £11,000 per person which ensures your money is protected twice over.

Why should I book my holiday through a travel agency who is a member of the TTA?

The TTA is the only travel network in the UK to guarantee 100% financial protection to the customer. If your booking is affected by a travel agency going into liquidation, your money will sit in that company’s TTA trust account and will be used to pay for your holiday. If you do not book your holiday through a TTA member, your money - and holiday - could be at risk.

Our expertise, worldwide connections, and the way we do things with a relentless drive means whatever your travels needs are, we can make it happen for you whenever, however, wherever and every time.

If my holiday is affected by a supplier going into liquidation, a natural disaster or worldwide crisis how does the TTA protect my holiday?

The Travel Trust Association works with all travel companies during these times, offering advice that always holds the customer’s wellbeing at the forefront. Your travel company should assist you in rebooking your holiday with amended dates, destinations or suppliers but rest assured that the money you have already paid is safe. Rebooking holidays is done on a case by case basis, and is bound by supplier and your travel company’s terms and conditions. However by booking your holiday through an agency who is a TTA member, you have additional peace of mind that your money is 100% protected.

When I book my holiday through a travel company who is a member of the TTA, where does my money go?

Your money sits in a trust account, under lock and key. Every penny is protected and should the worst happen and your holiday is cancelled for matters out of your control, your money is safe.

Why should I book my holiday through Winged Boots?

Winged Boots, and its parent company Ocean Holidays, is a TTA member therefore all the TTA protections apply. In addition to this Winged Boots offers multiple benefits such as:      ATOL protection on all air package holidays     A personal travel manager available outside of normal working hours to assist in your travel plans     Increased flexibility and booking terms     Competitive prices through our worldwide travel partners     Five-star customer service from our expert team     A calendar of complimentary customer events throughout the year

We thought it would be useful to explain to our customers exactly what bonding Planet Travel Holidays have in place to protect you. All our holidays with flights are covered by ATOL and TTA (Travel Trust Association), and our holidays that do not include flights are still covered by our TTA protection, which means that  you are 100% financially protected  when you book your holiday with us. So what does that mean exactly for your holiday financial protection?

Planet Dive are part of Planet Travel Ltd, we have ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s License) bonding and our ATOL number is T7314. By law, every UK travel company which sells air holidays and flights in the UK is required to hold an ATOL .  If for any reason a travel company with an ATOL ceases trading, the ATOL scheme protects customers who had booked holidays with that firm. It ensures they do not get stranded abroad or lose money. The scheme is designed to reassure consumers that their money is safe, and will provide assistance in the event of a travel company failure.

ATOL was first introduced in 1973, as the popularity of overseas holidays grew. After a number of travel company failures left people stranded, the UK Government realised consumers required protection should firms in the unregulated travel sector fall into difficulties. The scheme was designed to cover charter flights and package holidays and functioned well for years. However, the holiday market has changed considerably and a rise in online booking means many people now book the components of their holidays separately. As a result, changes were made to the ATOL scheme in April 2012. It now covers all overseas air holidays where a flight and accommodation have been booked together. It also covers some flights booked separately and applies in some other circumstances too.

ATOL protection does not apply to holidays and travel services which exclude flights , for which protection is afforded by our membership of the Travel Trust Association.

Planet Windsurf have been a TTA (Travel Trust Association) member since October 2001. Every TTA  member deposits your money into the Trust Account, this happens directly following your booking. A Trust Account is a bank account designated to hold the customer’s money. Your money remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed trustee who is either a banker, chartered or certified accountant or a solicitor. Both the Travel Trust Association members and the trustee are required to authorise payments from the trust account. In addition to being held in trust, you also have a financial guarantee from the Travel Trust Association.

So if you paid £2,000 the TTA guarantee they will reimburse the loss of the £2,000, where it is not available for you from the Trust Account. Therefore, the Trust Account plus the guarantee will ensure that all the money you have paid is safely protected and available to reimburse the money paid. When you make a booking, you will be supplied with a guarantee certificate. Should the TTA member become insolvent, your money will still be held within the TTA member’s Trust Account by the designated Trustee, and available to pay for your holiday. If because of fraud or dishonesty the money is not there, then the guarantee is available to reimburse your loss. In some cases, your holiday may continue as the providers or suppliers have already been paid. Where you have only paid a deposit and still have an outstanding balance, your holiday may be unaffected and by paying the balance your holiday will continue as planned. Where possible, attempts will be made to ensure that you can carry on with your original holiday arrangements.

What is the difference between the Travel Trust Association and ABTA?

ABTA ended its consumer promise in 2006. This means that travel arrangements that you book through an ABTA member are not automatically protected in case of financial failure. If the arrangements are not automatically protected, an ABTA should offer suitable insurance to cover you. If you book with a TTA member your money is 100% financially protected, automatically. ABTA does not offer financial protection for any holidays with flights.

Do I still need to get travel insurance?

In a word, yes. Whilst ATOL and TTA will cover you in regard to a company or airline becoming insolvent you must still get travel insurance to cover you for a whole range of other things including cancellation (by you for unforeseen circumstances), delay, baggage & belongings,  personal liability, emergency assistance and medical cover. In turn, most travel insurance policies will not cover you for the financial collapse of an operator or airline so a combination of the two is essential for your protection.

What if I’ve paid with a credit card, am I insured?

Booking on a credit card will not afford you any extra protection that you do not already have with a TTA and ATOL travel company. A credit card should offer to refund you (by way of chargeback) in the event a service that you paid for has not been provided to you. Our TTA and ATOL protection already covers you for this. A credit card will not afford you any further protection in this regard, although some banks do offer ‘travel insurance’ as part of your ‘package’, so it is worth checking. We would caution again the ‘quality’ of any such travel insurance, as they can often provide very minimal and restricted cover.

TRUST ACCOUNT

Travel trust association.

Keeping you financial protected

The Travel Trust Association exists in order to protect you, the customer, with 100 percent financial protection and has been doing so for over fifteen years. This means that every penny that you pay to a member is protected by the Travel Trust Association.

What does it mean if a company is a member of Travel Trust Association?

It means that you can book your holiday secure in the knowledge that the Travel Trust Association will protect you in the unlikely event of a member becoming insolvent. Should a member of the Travel Trust Association for any reason financially fail or cease trading, the Travel Trust Association will liaise with the suppliers and Tour Operators to ensure that you holiday goes ahead unaffected. If for any reason this is not possible, we will administer a claim for a refund of money that you have paid to a member for your holiday.

How does Travel Trust Association provide 100% financial protection for me?

Every Travel Trust Association member deposits your money into the Trust Account. A Trust Account is a bank account designated to hold the customers' money.

TTA will guarantee the financial obligation of its Members up to a maximum of any one passenger of £11,000. So if you paid £2000 we guarantee we will reimburse the loss of the £2000, where it is not available for you from the Trust Account.

Therefore, the Trust Account plus the guarantee will ensure that all the money which you have paid is safely protected and available to reimburse the money paid. When you make a booking, you will be supplied with a guarantee certificate – you can see the terms of our guarantee on our website

Wow is all I can say about the trip that Lee and his team organised for my husbands 70th birthday surprise , Andrea Bocelli in his home town Lajatico celebrating 30 years of performing. Florence was fabulous , Andrea Bocelli absolutely amazing , and Ed Sheeran “perfect”. Every bit of the trip was obviously planned and organised with great professionalism and everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend Lee his staff and Mulberry Travel enough I would have no hesitation in planning future trips with them . A BIG thank you , Angie

My husband tells me that I don't usually "gush" about much as I can be quite critical. However,I have not stopped "gushing" about the service I have received from Mulberry Travel From the initial contact with Sasha, seeking a price for a package to the Monaco Grand Prix, to the end of the holiday, the service and attention to detail has been second to none. Sasha carefully took details of my requirements, being that I wanted a complete package as a Pearl Wedding anniversary present for my husband. She quickly provided an excellent itinerary which included flights, all transfers and a 2 night, 5* hotel stay in Barcelona prior to a 5 night cruise on the Azamara Pursuit ship. In addition, tickets to the Grand Prix in Monaco (Grandstand K, facing the marina) were included. The cost of the package was very competitive and I so didn't delay in making a booking. Sasha promptly issued a full itinerary and advised that as flight times weren't available at the time of booking, she informed me that she would contact me as soon as they were available; this duly occurred, offering the opportunity to book seats with extra leg room for an extra cost. I did this and an electronic confirmation of this was quickly issued. Sasha also asked if transfers to the Grand Prix were required - they were - so she told me she would be in touch again once these were available. A few weeks passed and I was pleased when Sasha contacted me to say that the transfers were now available. I purchased them and this was again confirmed by email. Time passed until the final invoice payment was required. This was made via the Mulberry Travel secure payment process after which confirmation of receipt was issued. I was also advised that travel documents would be sent via the post when available and my address was rechecked. I was really surprised and very pleased to receive my documents altogether in a wallet. All appropriate flight tickets along with boarding passes, hotel and taxi vouchers were included in addition to the all important Grand Prix tickets. As I had NEVER received documents for a holiday from any other company in this way, I contacted Sasha, just to clarify that I had, indeed, got everything I needed for this special holiday. She assured me that everything was there and all we needed to do was turn up on the day! She also asked me to let her know how the holiday was once we returned. This,I feel, is excellent, especially for possibly older customers who are likely to feel assured they have everything to hand when going on holiday. What a superb level of customer care! The holiday was seamless from arriving at Manchester Airport, being picked up to take us to the hotel, picking us up to take us to the cruise terminal, cruise check in, and return taxi to the airport. I couldn't fault it at all! The Ohla Hotel in Barcelona is a 5* hotel, in a central location. For future Mulberry Travel guests, we found the service there exceptional, the room a little quirky and well appointed and the breakfast very good. There is a beautiful Michelin 1* restaurant and we treated ourselves to a meal there. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed on the Azamara Pursuit ship. This was a "boutique " ship , small in size. It was an extremely comfortable, well-appointed ship with possibly the best food we have ever had on a cruise. Our inside, midship stateroom - 7066 - was conveniently located, well appointed and quiet. The service on the ship is attentive without being intrusive. The entertainment wasn't the best, but a White Night deck party was lovely. The food on that night was exceptional with lobster, t-bone lamb, succulent beef, fresh fish and salads. Dessert lovers are spoiled on the Pursuit! The Grand Prix day was excellent. The transfer to Monaco was quick, with a tour guide who gave relevant information. The walk to the race venue was quick and easy and the organisation around the event was excellent. Food and drink, unexpectedly, was not expensive given the luxurious location. When we returned from our holiday, I received a Welcome Home email to ask how the holiday went. I phoned Sasha and we chatted about it. She really seemed genuinely interested and pleased that we had had a brilliant time. I cannot praise Sasha enough for her professional, personal, attentive and exceptional service and would most definitely contact her again to arrange future holidays! Brilliant!

It is the first time we have used a travel agent to book a package holiday which included the travel, hotel and event as one booking so quite rightly your a little apprehensive that everything goes smoothly. We were kept informed regularly before leaving and laterly presented with a very good presentation pack which included the itinerary in date order so we got off to a very good start. The seating arrangements that were pre booked were in a prime position along with the quality of our hotel which Mulberry Travel recommended and could not be faulted due to its uninterrupted views overlooking the coast. All in all this break represented very good value for money and took away a lot of the stress to organize something special whilst using the knowledge of Mulberry travel to good effect. So 5 stars for value and quality from me.

Andrea Bocelli was absolutely sensational!! Probably the best experience of my life thus far! I'll definitely go again next year & the year after. Mulberry Travel did it all so well... every aspect, the hotel in the best location right by the Ponte Vecchio, the pick up from the airport, dinner before the concert was out of a dream... an absolute perfect dream plucked out of my mind 🥰 Thanks a million Lee at Mulberry Travel.... it was all perfectly seamless 😊😊

Thank you to Lee and staff for a magical Trip to see Andrea Bocelli. The casa Del Nero was an amazing experience as well. We will definitely be working with you in the future. All the best.

Paul Lavelle

Mulberry Travel delivered an incredible bespoke travel experience, making all the arrangements for our trip to Florence combined with attending the Andrea Bocelli concert held in his home village in Tuscany. All the travel arrangements were perfect, transfers etc were all on time and so professional. The hotel in Florence was fantastic, no complaints at all. The concert was fantastic and the location for the pre-concert dinner was stunning. An experience my wife and I will never forget! A big thanks to Sasha for making all the arrangements, first class customer service throughout.

We paid for five, star, we expected 5 star, and that's what we got! Superbly arranged by Mulberry travel, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Really grateful to Sasha at Mulberry Travel for arranging our trip to Tuscany to see Andrea Boccelli. Sasha arranged everything on my behalf and was an amazing experience. We arrived at Pisa Airport where we we were collected by our own driver and taken to our hotel in Florence, a beautiful hotel that was ideally located. The day of the concert we were driven through the Tuscan countryside for an alfresco 5 course meal......was something of a film set, afterwards we we were dropped off at the entrance to the venue. Thanks to Mulberry Travel and Sasha for arranging everything on my behalf for an amazing experience. We'll definitely be booking this trip again......thank you.

Extremely well organised from start to finish. Had a wonderful trip!

A fantastic experience on the Belmond Pullman from London Victoria to Liverpool taking in the Grand National. The food on board the train was sublime, I can say no more. Service from Tim, Andrew and Nigel was perfect within carriage Perseus. The train was lovely and each carriage different. Overall my party of four have applied for next year, hopefully we will be successful.

Glyn Farrar

As I had hoped it was a fabulous and unique experience from stepping out from the Clermont onto the concourse of Victoria Station and almost straight away being approached by Belmond staff to escort us to check in. The ratio of staff to guest on the whole journey was so high to ensure attentive service. I know the British Pullman is denoted as the hors d’oeuvre with the VSOE the main positive course! For us however the Pullman was the ultimate experience. We feel it is our country Britain at its very best! Everything about it is so British with real quality and indulgence. I’m so so sorry and disappointed to hear that the British Pullman service is no longer going to be a feature of Orient Express journeys! I even took photos of the toilets with the mosaic tiles! On the actual Orient Exoress, even though I had done all the research I thought I needed, we weren’t clear that certain wines and champagnes were complimentary Ian’s eyes popped out at the prices of some of the bottles! We enjoyed all our meals though the drinks for breakfast were served in cups and therefore were not hot The transfer to the Ca Sagredo was really well organised and efficient. Though they didn’t say at reception as we checked in, it was clear on entering the room that it was not the Grand Canal Double and that we had been upgraded! We were shown to the Library Suite with balcony onto Grand Canal. Maybe it was through the membership of that hotel group that I have The break in Florence was also lovely with attentive service and friendliness from staff at The Lungarno. That hotel has the best location in terms of proximity to Ponte Vecchio Sasha we were also pleased with the efficiency of the agents you use for the transfers. The timings were so accurate and agsin service very attentive The only slight snag we had was as we got off the water taxi at Venice Santa Lucia. We know now it was separate from that service. A porter was waiting with a barrow and started to load our luggage! It was a short distance to the station concourse yet we were charged 20 Euros as an official transaction with a machine issuing a receipt Apart from that we enjoyed a truely memorable holiday which I can recommend as a unique treat for a special celebration.

Jeremy Willson

Our trip on the Orient Express can only be described as amazing. From meeting the Pullman at Victoria and travelling through the English countryside the level of Service was impeccable. Meeting the Orient Express in Calais was one of those Wow moments. We were met by the VSOE staff and escorted on to the train the champagne was opened and the Golden age of travel was revived. Lakes and mountains as you travel through the countryside are simply breathtaking. The cuisine on the train was amazing as was our steward that looked after us through out our trip. Arriving in Venice the boat transfers were seamless, and another great experience arriving at our hotel. We stayed at the Liassidi palace hotel, perfectly situated in the city. Venice is just amazing. Wonderful, faultless, brilliantly organised holiday.

My husband and I have recently returned from a trip on the Orient Express to Venice which was organised for us by Sasha at Mulberry Travel. The holiday was fabulous and went perfectly due to Sasha's excellent organisation. We were glad to have found Mulberry Travel as they made everything very efficient and easy. We would highly recommend them. Vivien

Paul Gayford

So where do I begin? Firstly thanks to Sasha for arranging an amazing trip for us on the Orient Express and our stay in Venice. Also for holding the trip over from when we originally booked, pre-pandemic. The trip and hotel exceeded our expectations. Attention to detail and seamless transfers throughout were without fault. Many Thanks to Mulberry. We wil certainly approach them again for future trips.

Excellent travel company. Very professional from booking our holiday all the way through to the end, very well organised. I would not hesitate to use Mulberry Travel in the future.

David Barker

Can't thank Sasha enough for organizing a fantastic trip to Venice for us. The highlight was an amazing Andrea Boccelli concert, but the L'Oroglio hotel was great, with really friendly and helpful staff. All our transfers worked like clockwork from the speedboat from the airport to the hotel and back, and the limousine to and from the concert. Overall a wonderful few days and we won't hesitate to use Mulberry again.

Trailfinders quits Abta to join Travel Trust Association

  • Share by email

High street travel agency Trailfinders has left Abta to join the Travel Trust Association (TTA).

With an annual turnover of £720m, Trailfinders becomes the TTA’s largest member.

The 34-branch agency chain has transferred its trust account model and Atol to the TTA, which will bring “significant cost savings” while also offering full financial protection.

The TTA, set-up 25 years ago, is owned by The Travel Network Group and offers members Atol licences under a special franchise arrangement with the CAA.

Trailfinders has been operating in the UK since 1970 and serves around 445,000 clients a year.

It was founded by chairman Mike Gooley with a staff of four. It now employs more than 1,000 people and posted record-breaking profits this year .

In June it was announced managing director Tony Russell would retire at the end of the year and was succeeded by Toby Kelly, who moved into the position of chief executive.

The Travel Network Group chief executive Gary Lewis said: “Trailfinders is a phenomenal business with a phenomenal culture. The leadership team is relatively new with the chairman staying in place.”

“It’s significant to us because they are a massive player coming to us because they trust us and our TTA model,” Lewis said.

“I’m really excited to meet and work with them. Their leadership team is very dynamic and it was a very easy process for us.

“Trailfinders’ move to TTA will allow them to significantly reduce their Atol Air Passenger Contribution fees, while supporting their financial protection and compliance requirements.”

A spokeswoman from Abta said: “Abta is a very different organisation to The Travel Network Group. It provides a wide range of benefits to our members and support to their customers.

“Independent research shows that as well as being the UK’s most recognised and trusted travel scheme, Abta’s Code of Conduct, help in a travel crisis and holiday complaints resolution are all very important to members of the public.”

Is It Safe in Moscow?

travel trust association reviews

Stanislav Solntsev / Getty Images

When you visit Moscow , Russia, you’re seeing one of the world’s largest, and most expensive, capital cities . While there is a history of violent crime against foreign journalists and aid personnel in Russia, a trip to Moscow is usually safe for mainstream travelers. Most tourists in Moscow only face potential issues with petty crime, though terrorism is also a concern. Visitors should stick to the principal tourist areas and abide by the local security advice.

Travel Advisories

  • The U.S. Department of State urges travelers to avoid travel to Russia because of COVID-19 and to "exercise increased caution due to terrorism, harassment, and the arbitrary enforcement of local laws."
  • Anyone exploring more of Russia should avoid "The North Caucasus, including Chechnya and Mount Elbrus, due to terrorism, kidnapping,   and   risk of civil unrest." Also, travelers should stay away from "Crimea due to Russia’s occupation of the Ukrainian territory   and   abuses by its occupying authorities."
  • Canada states travelers should use a high degree of caution in Russia due to the threat of terrorism and crime.

Is Moscow Dangerous?

The Moscow city center is typically safe. In general, the closer you are to the Kremlin , the better. Travelers mainly need to be aware of their surroundings and look out for petty crime. Be especially careful in tourist areas such as Arbat Street and crowded places like the Moscow Metro transit system. The suburbs are also generally fine, though it is advised to stay away from Maryino and Perovo districts.

Terrorism has occurred in the Moscow area, leading authorities to increase security measures. Be more careful at tourist and transportation hubs, places of worship, government buildings, schools, airports, crowds, open markets, and additional tourist sites.

Pickpockets and purse snatching happen often in Russia, perpetrated by groups of children and teenagers who distract tourists to get their wallets and credit cards. Beware of people asking you for help, who then trick you into their scheme. Don’t expect a backpack to be a safe bag bet; instead, invest in something that you can clutch close to your body or purchase a money belt . Always diversify, storing some money in a separate location so that if you are pickpocketed, you'll have cash elsewhere. Keep an eye out for thieves in public transportation, underground walkways, tourist spots, restaurants, hotel rooms and homes, restaurants, and markets.

Is Moscow Safe for Solo Travelers?

Large cities like Moscow in Russia are overall fairly safe if you are traveling alone, and the Moscow Metro public transit is a secure and easy way to get around. But it is still a good idea to follow basic precautions as in any destination. Avoid exploring alone at night, especially in bad areas. You may want to learn some basic Russian phrases or bring a dictionary, as many locals don't speak English. However, in case you need any help, there are tourist police that speak English. Also, exploring with other trusted travelers and locals or on professional tours is often a good way to feel safe.

Is Moscow Safe for Female Travelers?

Catcalling and street harassment are infrequent in Moscow and the rest of Russia and females traveling alone don't usually have problems. There are plenty of police officers on the streets as well. Still, it serves to stick to Moscow's well-lit, public areas, avoid solo night walks, and use your instincts. Women frequenting bars may take receive some friendly attention. Females can wear whatever they want, but those entering Orthodox churches will be required to cover up. Though women in Russia are independent, domestic violence and other inequality issues take place regularly.

Safety Tips for LGBTQ+ Travelers

Russia is not known as a gay-friendly country. However, Moscow is one of the more welcoming cities with a blooming LGBTQ+ community and many friendly restaurants, bars, clubs, and other venues. Hate crimes in Russia have increased since the 2013 anti-gay propaganda law. Openly LGBTQ+ tourists in this conservative country may experience homophobic remarks, discrimination, or even violence, especially if traveling with a partner. Also, while women hold hands or hug publicly—whether romantically involved or not—men should avoid public displays of affection to prevent being insulted or other issues.

Safety Tips for BIPOC Travelers

Moscow  and other big cities in Russia have sizable populations of various cultures, so discrimination against BIPOC travelers is rarer than in other parts of the country where it can become dangerous. Some people living in Russia who are Black, Asian, Jewish, and from other backgrounds have experienced racial discrimination and violence. Tourists won't usually experience overt racism but may be the recipients of some stares. If anyone should bother you, be polite and resist being taunted into physically defending yourself.

Safety Tips for Travelers

Travelers should consider the following general tips when visiting:

  • It's best not to drink the tap water. If you do, boil it before drinking, though showering is safe and the amount used to brush teeth is generally not harmful. Mineral water is widely drunk, especially at restaurants, and if you prefer not to have it carbonated ask for “ voda byez gaz” (water without gas).
  • If you need emergency assistance in case of fire, terrorism, medical issues, or more, dial 112 in Russia for bilingual operators.
  • Be judicious about taking photographs, especially of police or officials. This can potentially bring unwanted attention to yourself by members of law enforcement who won’t mind asking to see your passport. Also avoid snapping photos of official-looking buildings, such as embassies and government headquarters.
  • Carry your passport in as secure a manner as possible. If you get stopped for any reason by the police, they can fine or arrest you if you don't have the document with you. Also, keep photocopies of your passport, the page on which your travel visa appears, and any other documents that relate to your stay in Russia.
  • Use official taxis only and steer clear of illegal taxi companies, especially at night. Ask your hotel to call a reputable taxi company.
