For the first time since its launch, Dubai’s famed Burj Al Arab has opened its doors to visitors, granting access to the hotel’s ultra-luxurious interiors on an immersive 90-minute tour.
Not only does the exclusive experience invite viewers to explore the landmark’s gilded enclaves and suites, and enjoy its incomparable views of the city, but it also uncovers the hotel’s history and wealth of untold stories. Visitors are now privy to the Burj Al Arab’s architectural nuances, Emirati-inspired hospitality and remarkable guest highlights, and can choose to delve deeper based on tour customisations.

What to expect on the Inside Burj Al Arab tour
Available daily from 9:30am, Inside Burj Al Arab is specially curated for a butler-guided group of 12 visitors and commences every 15 minutes until 8:30pm.
Prices start from AED 249 for Adults and AED 99 Child (4 – 12 years)
- Entrance to the Inside Burj Al Arab tour is via the Inside Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge at Jumeirah Beach Hotel
- The highlights of the butler-guided tour (approximately 60–90 mins) include viewing the Arabian Sea
- Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the start of their tour
- Adult tickets apply to individuals age 13+
- Child tickets (for children aged 4 to 12)
- Children age 3 and under go free with an accompanying adult ticket-holder; complimentary tickets are issued at the Inside Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge (child’s proof of age may be required)
- All children and teens age 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult (age 21+)
- UMA Lounge opens from 11:00
- Ticket-holders should dress in a manner that is respectful of local customs
- No photographs may be taken in the main Atrium or on the first floor
- Ticket-holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Refreshments and light bites are available in UMA Sky Deck, and our butlers are able to make restaurant reservations if you would like to extend your time with us and enjoy one of the award-winning dining experiences within Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.

- Ticket lounge is located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Ticket-holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The tour starts and ends at the Ticket Lounge. Tours leave every 15 minutes. Tickets must be presented at the Ticket Lounge to obtain access.
- Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time of the tour
- Tour tickets provide access to the 25th floor and Inside Burj Al Arab areas only. Smart/casual attire is required, no beachwear or flip flips will be permitted. Men must wear closed shoes should in order to be admitted on the tour.
- No photographs may be taken in the main Atrium or on the first floor.
- Late arrivals will be moved to another tour subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
- Access to Inside Burj Al Arab Boutique is exclusive to tour and hotel guests only.
- Inside Burj Al Arab can arrange onward dining and beverage experiences to complement the tour and extend the guest experience.
