The main mess provides a cool oasis of shade, surrounded by various species of Acacia and chattering birdlife. Thatched roofs and stone walls mean all the buildings fit seamlessly into the background. Amboseli National Park

A breathtaking odyssey covering Kenya and Tanzania through some of the most famous places in all Africa, like Maasai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Amboseli. The incredible Lake Nakuru and Tarangire are also included in this epic journey that will lead you into the depths of this magic continent.

Early morning pick up in Nairobi and then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, across the equator, where lies the rift valley’s most famous lake, for a full day game drive. Known all over the world for its flamingoes, it's alkaline and is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harboring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times there may be almost 2 million flamingos in residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lake shore.

An early morning drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve. It holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of Wildebeest, Zebras and attendant predators. Arrival in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. 

Two full days in the Maasai Mara with flexible schedule and unlimited mileage. After breakfast, we have a full day game drive with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-manned lions as well as its abundant resident wildlife and it’s one of the few places where it's possible to see the Big Five during a morning's game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under one's vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get better view of prospective prey. 

For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these, 16 species of eagle, plus many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 of bustard (including the Kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sun birds.

Maasai Mara National Reserve to Serengeti National Park

We will initiate the day with an early morning game drive in Maasai Mara while driving out of the National reserve. After border formalities, drive to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. It will be a long day of driving but the game drives going in and out of the parks can be surprisingly incredible.

However, we always recommend to fly from one park to the other so that you can have more time to go on Safari.

One full day in the Serengeti with flexible schedule and unlimited mileage. 

As you crest the hillside, spread out before you, as far as the eyes can see, is the vast Serengeti. Serengeti mean "endless plains" in Kiswahili and this 6,900 sq. mile (18,000 sq. km) park is inhabited by more than 2 million large animals including more than a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, and Thomson's gazelles. Large predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey which migrate throughout the park. Many smaller animals like rock hyrax, bat eared foxes, mongoose, honey badger, jackals, monkeys, baboons and African hares also inhabit the area along with nearly 500 species of birds.

On the way into the Serengeti, option to stop at the famous Olduvai Gorge, where Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey made their discovery of the first man that walked the earth. After attending a short lecture describing the archeological digs and geology of the gorge, you'll have time to visit the small museum. Afternoon game drive en-route to campsite.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Today you will wake up very early to do an early morning safari, to spot the animals when they are more active and also to have a fantastic sun rise in front of you. The sunrise in the african Savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have.

In the afternoon, transfer to Ngorongoro, the 8th natural wonder of the world. With walls 2,000 ft high and a crater floor that spreads for 102 sq. miles, the crater is a virtual Noahs Ark, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa including the rare black rhino. In fact, the crater has the greatest concentration of wild life in the planet. It contains a river, several swamps, a soda lake that, from the top, looks like steam, full of flamingoes, a forest and open plains.The large bull elephants that reside here have extremely large tusk, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. They are the most incredible elephants you'll ever see in your life.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Tarangire National Park

We will start the day very early and descend into the crater floor for an incredible morning of wildlife in one of the most stunning places on Earth. After the game drive, there will be time for a picnic lunch near the beautiful hippo Lake. After lunch, we will have time for a short game drive and then ascend the crater and exit Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards Tarangire (2h). 

Tarangire is famous for its diverse landscape with nine different vegetation zone. It is also known for its abundance of Ancient Baobab trees (the largest trees on the continent) that fill the landscape and dwarf the animals next to them. The river in the park is full of wildlife ranging from a large variety of birds to lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes and, of course, elephants.

Tarangire National Park to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, morning game drive in the park with picnic lunch.

Nestled within a modest 1,100 sq. miles, Tarangire National Park captivates visitors with its natural allure. This enchanting park is renowned for its striking landscapes and expansive baobab tree-studded savannah, creating a picturesque setting. The park's signature feature is its majestic Tarangire River, which serves as a lifeline, attracting an array of wildlife. Afternoon transfer to Amboseli (6h). 

Amboseli National Park is situated south of Nairobi. Most of the park consists of a dry, ancient lake bed and fragile grassland with patches of acacia woodland, while in the southern area there are a number of small rocky volcanic hills. Dinner and overnight at the selected tented camp or lodge.

Early rise for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit with packed lunch provided.

Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National Park is possibly the best wildlife area in the whole Africa to experience elephants at close range. Left unharassed by poachers, elephants feeding and bathing in the swamps must form the highlights of any Safari.

Amboseli National Park to Nairobi

Morning game drive in Amboseli. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be planned also. A visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.

Early afternoon drive to Nairobi. Transfer to your hotel or the airport.

Come join us on the magical adventure through the the East African country of Kenya.  

This special adventure has been designed for women only.  

 We have chosen the stunning beach of Diani on the warm waters of the  Indian Ocean. Yes, many people are surprised that Kenya has glorious  white sand beaches for you to rejuvenate in.  

We  will also continue our adventure on the Maasai Mara while we make magic  and memories on safari. It is like the Lion King LIVE!

 Depart from your local airport to travel to NAIROBI, KENYA, AFRICA

You’ll  arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your first look at  the beautiful colors and culture of Kenya. After customs, immigration  and baggage collection, we will make our way towards the airport exit.  

Our tour guides will be in the waiting area with a Soul Safari paging  board so that you can find them (we will be hard to miss). After  transfer to our hotel in Nairobi, settle in for a good night's sleep. Overnight in Nairobi.

Today  we travel the Kenya Railays as we board the Madarka Express! You will  enjoy this comfortable train excursion to Mombasa, as we pass through  Tsavo East conservancy where you will see your first wild animals. As  well as the varied terrain of the beautiful countryside as we make our  way to the coast.

There  is just something that invites relaxation and release  at the Indian  Ocean. The deliciously warm waters of Diani Beach will welcome you to  get creative as we dive in to the the creativity of art journaling.

Soul  Good Sundays offer us the opportunity to Pay It Forward by serving  shoulder to shoulder with many friends from Mombasa as we feed thousands  of children a hot meal.  

Bring your BIG heart, helpful hands, lots of smile and extra hugs. This experience is truly life changing.  

 After another soul good Kenyan breakfast of fresh fruits, eggs,  mandazi, tea and tropical juices we will go discover the variety of  monkeys on the coast as we then make our way back to the white sand  beaches for crystal and chakra clearing today. Tonight you will gather  with your Soul Sisters for some wonderful surprises.

After another soul good Kenyan breakfast of fresh fruits, eggs,  mandazi, tea and tropical juices we will go discover the local artisians and ways that the community is taking care of the ocean. Then we will make our way back to the white sand  beaches for conscious creativity time. Tonight you will gather with your  Soul Sisters for some wonderful surprises.

Today we will step back in time as we explore the Jumia Ruins. It  is like Jungle Book meets the sea. Then let's go feed some giraffe,  hippos and crocs. Haller Park has been waiting for you to see animals  you have dreamed of getting close to as you learn more about ecological  systems and being a great steward of Mother Earth.

We will take the ferry back across the water to board the Madaraka  Express back to the capitol city of Nairobi. Our next leg of the  adventure has begun. More animal adventures are in store today. Shhhh,  we want something things to be a bit of a surprise.

Get a bird's eye view of the Great Rift Valley as we travel thru  the escarpment towards Maasaiand. We will stop for some Kenyan road trip  snacks and see some of the beautiful countryside.

We will spend  the night at a guest house in Narok. After we stock the pantry of a  nearby children's home and make s'mores with the kiddos.

Today we will make our way to one of the most desired travel  locations in the world the Masai Mara. You will be welcomed by the  Maasai Warrior at a fully working traditional village. The Maasai tribe  are one of the most remote tribes left on the planet who still practice  their ancient traditions on a daily basis.

Meet many of your  female ages mates and see what a Day in the Life looks like for your  global sisters. Enjoy dancing and singing a we tour their manyatta (dung  huts).

Then check in to your new glamping accomadations.

Rise and Shine it is SAFARI time! We get up early for  breakfast so we can get out and find the Big 5: elephants, lions,  rhinos, leopards, and buffalo. We will also be on the look out for  cheetahs, zebra, giraffe, hippos, elan, baboons, storks, gazelle,  impala, water buck and oh so much more!

Make sure your camera is charged, batteries loaded and you have an extra SD card.

Early rise again. It is day 2 of The Lion King LIVE. Let's go find  more of the most magificent animals on the planet in their natural  environment. There are so many life lessons to learn from the animals we  encounter today.

Then back to our fabulous safari lodge for a good night's sleep after delicious Kenyan food.

Can you believe this is your last day in Kenya? We will make our  way back to the city for some final shopping and a delicious lunch  together.

Then back to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where we will say our, "Until We Meet Agains".

The first flight is the one you want to try and sleep on. This will help you adjust to the time change nicely.

You will arrive back home, to sleep in your own bed this evening.

They arranged a wonderful 11-day tour for us all around East Africa, even organizing some last minute activities to adjust to our preferences. We enjoyed both luxury accommodation, travel, and lots of good food. Our guide was knowledgeable and very funny.

A must-use for Namibia tours. They under-sell. The prices are to low compared to what you get. Truly, they beat all other companies I have used for luxury tours in the past. Fanuel, my private driver during this tour was great. We had good conversations and became friends.
