I have access requirements; how do I register for tickets via Ticketmaster Request?

Accessible seating locations will vary by venue and are typically very limited. When selecting Accessible Seating through Ticketmaster Request, select how many paid accessible seats you would like (up to two per show).

We will then contact you to confirm if you require an additional seat (per paid ticket) for companion/s and what type of accessible seat you need. As noted, accessible seating is limited, so not all requests may be fulfilled.

Please note no additional seats can be selected. If you would like to attend with additional ticket holders you can register for an opportunity to shop for the sale on 23 February. Tap here to register for the sale.

What are the age restrictions for attending these shows?

Pearl Jam concerts are licensed all ages events. All patrons regardless of age must hold a valid ticket.

Marvel Stadium, GIANTS Stadium and Heritage Stadium are licensed venues, children 12 years and under will not be admitted without a parent or guardian (16 years or older) and must remain with them at all times.

Auckland Stadiums for all-ages events, children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

What is Ticketmaster Request?

Pearl Jam is using Ticketmaster Request to power this fan club presale. Ticketmaster Request is a simple way to request tickets to popular shows, so you don’t have to compete in a first-come, first-served sale. You can take your time to review the available options and request the right tickets for you. All you need to do is tell us which show(s) you’re interested in, the type of ticket you want and your payment details. If tickets that match your request are available, your card will be charged, and we’ll email you instructions on how to claim them. Note: each show you are confirmed for will be charged separately by Ticketmaster; the charge will appear as Ticketmaster*Pearl Jam.

If you’ve bought tickets via the Ten Club for previous tours in Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand then we have some updates:

• You can now purchase a single Ten Club ticket.  Pairs not required.
• Tickets will be mobile only.
• You may purchase commemorative paper tickets to be delivered after the show date
• Tickets you can no longer use, can be resold for face value using fan to fan exchange

How does the Ten Club ticket request work?

Complete your request in three easy steps. First, tell us what shows and tickets you’re interested in. Then, provide a credit card to complete your ticket request. If your request is fulfilled, your card will be charged, and we’ll email you a confirmation with instructions on how to claim your tickets during the week of February 19.

Note: tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalised. We will email you instructions on how to view your tickets in your Ticketmaster account in March (date TBC).

How do I unlock access to the Ten Club ticket request?

Eligible Ten Club members will receive an email from Ten Club with the info. You can also find the presale info on the Ten Club Member News page. The Ten Club ticket request is for eligible Ten Club members only with active membership accounts as of Monday, February 12, 2024.

Is there a cutoff date to become a Ten Club member for the ticket request presale?

Yes. All fans must be a Ten Club paid member, current as of Monday, February 12, 2024. However, all fans can register for the chance to access the sale on February 23 — tap here to get started.

Can I request tickets for more than one city?

Yes. By submitting a ticket request for any show, you are committing to purchase the ticket(s) should your request be fulfilled. For example, if you enter for four shows, it is possible your request can be fulfilled for all four shows in which case your credit card will immediately be charged for tickets to all four shows. However, you can only purchase up to two Ten Club tickets for each individual show.

Why can I no longer prioritise my shows?

Based on fan feedback, the prioritisation tool caused confusion. Only request tickets for shows you can attend.

My wife and I are both Ten Club Members. We both want to request a pair of tickets each. Can we both submit our requests using the same Ticketmaster account?

No, each member must request tickets using their own Ticketmaster account.

How will tickets be determined for Ten Club members?

To level the playing field, ticket requests are fulfilled in a randomised selection process. If selected for seated tickets, tickets will be assigned based on Ten Club seniority.

I need to adjust my Ten Club ticket request, what should I do?

To adjust any part of your request, a new request must be submitted. To do so, tap here to go back to the site, sign in and submit a new request. We’ll only keep the details of your last submission. The deadline to submit a new or updated request is Friday, February 16 2AM.

Can I cancel my Ten Club ticket request?

Yes, requests can be cancelled via the ‘My Requests’ page, located in the menu in the top right corner of the request page. If you place a new request, your previous request will be cancelled automatically. Requests may be cancelled until Friday, February 16 2AM Australia.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can request per show?

Ten Club members may request up to two (2) tickets per show for this tour. When shopping for tickets during the Registration Sale, you may purchase up to six (6) tickets per stadium show.

Do I need to request in pairs?

You may request a single ticket for your show(s). Requesting single tickets does NOT change your odds of being confirmed.

How many shows can I request?

By submitting a ticket request for any show, you are committing to purchase the ticket(s) should your request be confirmed. For example, if you submit a request for three different shows, it is possible your request can be confirmed for all three shows, in which case your credit card will be immediately charged for tickets to all three shows.

Only request the number of shows or tickets you are prepared to pay for.

Ticket confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis beginning Saturday 17 February.

When will you charge my card?

Charges will begin on Friday, 16 February and end on Sunday, 18 February — you will only be charged if your request is fulfilled. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum total.

As a reminder: Ten Club has secured the majority of tickets for this presale where possible. Your request may be fulfilled for ALL the shows you selected, at which point you will be charged for the maximum total provided in your summary. Each show you are confirmed for will be charged separately by Ticketmaster; the charge will appear as Ticketmaster*Pearl Jam.

Please note a temporary $1 authorisation may be held on your card when you submit your request to ensure the card is active. This charge is immediately reversed; it may take a few days to disappear from your bank.

I submitted duplicate requests by accident. What should I do?

We’ll only keep the details of your last submission. If you’d like to adjust any part of your ticket request, a new request must be submitted. To do so, tap here to go back to the site, sign in, and submit a new request. The deadline to submit new or updated requests is Friday, February 16 2AM Australia.

Can I confirm my seats before my credit card is charged? What if I don’t like the tickets I get?

Once your request has been fulfilled, we will immediately process your credit card and assign seats. Reserved Seating is based on Ten Club seniority in the fan club. Please do not request tickets for any cities, shows, or seat preferences that you do not actually wish to purchase.

I’m having trouble getting past the Ticketmaster sign in on the Ten Club ticket request site

If you are successfully entering your email address and password but not allowed to continue, please make sure that your browser settings allow 3rd party cookies. Please be sure to use the link sent to you via email or on the Ten Club Member News page.

If my request is confirmed, how will I get my tickets?

Ticket confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis over the course of three days, beginning Friday, 16 February and ending Sunday, 18 February. Please follow the Ten Club presale timeline for updates. If your request is fulfilled, we will notify you by email and immediately charge the credit card you provided. Additionally, we will email you instructions on how to view your tickets in your Ticketmaster account in March (date TBC). Note: tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalised.

My credit card got charged but I haven’t received an email confirming my order yet, what should I do?

Please search your email for Ticketmaster Request or [email protected] . Also, your credit card company may be slightly ahead. We will notify you by email of your ticket request status and next steps. If you don’t receive your confirmation details within 24 hours, please email Ten Club’s Ticketmaster Support at [email protected] . Please be sure to include your receipt number and the name listed on the request summary.

Is the Ten Club ticket request for Ten Club members only?

Yes. For Pearl Jam’s Dark Matter World Tour 2024 shows, only eligible Ten Club members may request presale tickets. For more info tap here . If you are not an eligible Ten Club member, you can register for the sale on February 23 — tap here to get started.

If I used the Ten Club ticket request can I also request additional tickets through the sale on February 23?

Yes. Everyone is encouraged to register for the sale on February 23 for an additional opportunity to get tickets. This sale will take place after all confirmed Ten Club requests have been processed. Registration does not guarantee access to the sale. Registration is now open and will close on Sunday, February 18 at 11:59 pm local venue time.

What happens if my Ten Club ticket request is not confirmed?

If you’d like to have another opportunity to shop for tickets, register for the sale on February 23. Some fans who register will be randomly selected to get access to the sale and receive a unique access code. Tap here to register for the sale.

Are international fans able to request tickets to shows in North America?

Yes, eligible international fans who create a Ticketmaster.com account can submit a Ten Club ticket request. However, we may limit the availability of the Site or any service or product described on the Site to any person or geographic area at any time. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for more information about access outside of the U.S.

Can I request tickets for the shows outside of Australia?

Yes. Each country will require its own ticket request submission. If you are confirmed for a show and we attempt to process your order, your local bank may elect to decline the transaction. In order to avoid a payment decline, we recommend you contact your bank NOW and notify them of the following:

• A charge from a US-based company may be attempted between Feb 19 and Feb 21
• Merchant descriptor will be “Ticketstoday*Pearl Jam”
• Charge could be in USD (depending on the shows you are confirmed for)

How do I register?

• It’s simple: just enter your contact details and choose your preferred show(s).

PLEASE NOTE: You must register with the email address connected to your Ticketmaster account. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account you should create one before registration closes and use the same email you have used in this registration.

Why do I need to register?

Pearl Jam is asking fans to register in advance to help block bots and scalpers, and get more tickets to real people who want to attend the show. While it doesn’t guarantee that all fans who register will get tickets, it can significantly reduce the number of professional resellers who buy tickets to sell for profit.

Can I register for the shows in other countries?

Yes. For additional details on registering for international tour dates, visit Pearl Jam’s Official Website or click here.

How many tickets can I buy with my code?

You can purchase up to six (6) tickets per show.

Can I register more than once to increase my invitation status?

No. You can only register for the sale once in each country.

If I edit my registration more than once, will I be disqualified?

We only keep the last registration that you submitted.

I received a registration confirmation email, does that mean I will get tickets?

No, the registration confirmation email is simply to inform you that we have received your information. A second email will be sent on the evening of Thursday, February 22 letting you know if you will receive a unique access code to join the sale or if you’ve been placed on the waitlist.

When will I receive an email letting me know if I’ll receive a unique access code or be placed on the waitlist?

On the evening of Thursday, February 22, you’ll receive an email letting you know if you selected to join the sale or if you’ve been placed on the waitlist. If you are selected, you will also receive a unique access code in your email.

Does registering mean I get a sale access code?

No. Registration does not guarantee access to the sale.

If I receive access to the sale, am I guaranteed tickets?

No. Access means you have an opportunity to join the sale where tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The ticket limit for the sale is six (6) tickets per stadium show.

What is PJ Premium?

PJ Premium seats are in a variety of preferred locations and account for approximately 10% of ticket inventory per show. They are priced at market rate to offset increased touring costs while also keeping prices low for the rest of the ticket inventory. PJ Premium tickets will be available along with regularly priced tickets during the sale.

Can I transfer my code to someone else?

No, codes are unique to the account they’re issued to and won’t work if shared.

How can I get the seating map in advance?

Seating options vary depending on the event or venue and in some cases may not be available until tickets go on sale. Visit the event page on Ticketmaster to learn more about seating options and maps.

How will I know if I’ve been granted access to the Registration Sale after I’ve been placed on the waitlist?

If selected, you will receive an email with a unique access code and link to the sale. Access to the sale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re sent a unique access code and link, you should join the sale as soon as possible.

I’m a real fan – not a bot or reseller. Why didn’t I get access?

Selection is random and not a measure of how big a fan anybody is. There are typically more fans registered than there are tickets available so a limited number of fans get access to the sale, and others must be placed on the waitlist. The number of fans who receive access depends on the number of tickets currently available — this is done to help create a less crowded ticket shopping experience for fans.

American rockers Pearl Jam have announced a return to Australia in 2024.

Ten years since the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees last performed in Australia and New Zealand, the band is heading to Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast in November.

It comes as the band announces its 12 th studio album Dark Matter will be released on April 19, with the album's title track dropped alongside the announcement on February 14.

Frontman Eddie Vedder, guitarists Jeff Ament, Stone Gossard and Mike McCready, and drummer Matt Cameron created the new album at Malibu's Shangri-La Studios.

"We're at this time in our lives when you could do it or you could not do it, but we still care about putting something out there that is meaningful and we hopefully think is our best work," Vedder said.

"No hyperbole, I think this is our best work."

The world tour kicks off in May, visiting nine countries and 25 cities.

Supporting the Australian and New Zealand leg of the tour is American alternative rock band Pixies known for Where Is My Mind and Monkey Gone to Heaven.

Pearl Jam Announce Australian Leg Of New World Tour, Which Skips Most Of Australia

Pearl Jam are set to return to Australia for the first time in a decade as part of their Dark Matter World Tour, which coincides with a new album.

Their 12th studio album, also titled ‘Dark Matter,’ is set to drop on April 19, while the global tour is slated for November, which includes dates in Australia and New Zealand.

Perth fans, look away now.

Frontman Eddie Vedder, speaking at a recent Grammys week listening party in LA, expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming album, describing it as a culmination of their best efforts: “We still care about putting something out there that is meaningful and we hopefully think is our best work. No hyperbole, I think this is our best work.”

Members of the band’s official fan club, Ten Club , will have exclusive access to a presale via Ticketmaster Request.

You can also register for the Dark Matter World Tour 2024 registration sale , the sole method for general fans to participate in the ticket sale. Registration, however, does not guarantee access, with the deadline set for Sunday, February 18, at 11.59pm local time.

How To Score Tickets To Pearl Jam's 2024 Australian Tour

The Music has broken down the slightly confusing methods to buy tickets to Pearl Jam's upcoming Australian tour.

With nine months to go until Pearl Jam and special guests Pixies land in Australia as part of their Dark Matter world tour, planning for the band’s concerts in Melbourne, Sydney, and the Gold Coast has already begun.

Pearl Jam are following gigantic tours put on by Taylor Swift, blink-182 and P!nk , so fans already likely tightened their purse strings for the November tour. Add a slightly confusing method to buy tickets; the tour might be puzzling some fans.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, 23 February. The registration period to access tickets closed yesterday (18 February).

To be in the running to score tickets, punters either had to sign up via the band’s website or Ticketmaster for their names to be in the running for tickets. Fans had to be already-existing Pearl Jam’s Ten Club members if signing up via their website.

It’s important to note that anyone who signs up for the Ten Club now will not access pre-sale tickets but might be in for a chance to score public tickets.

Not all punters will receive a code from Ticketmaster to purchase tickets on the 23rd. Unsuccessful fans will be notified if they end up on the Waitlist for when more tickets are available. If you already registered via Ticketmaster, check your email on Thursday night to find out if you’re receiving a unique code to access tickets this Friday or if you’ll be on the Waitlist.

Tickets go on sale at 11 am local time for Melbourne and Gold Coast shows and 1 pm local time for the Sydney concert.

In addition to fans accessing tickets via Ticketmaster and the Ten Club, Triple M is offering fans a chance to win tickets to see Pearl Jam at Giants Stadium on Thursday, 21 November. Find more details about the competition and the form you need to fill out to win here .

Pearl Jam’s first Australian dates since Big Day Out 2014 will occur at Gold Coast’s Heritage Bank Stadium (13 November), Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium (16 November) and Sydney’s Giants Stadium on 21 November.

This tour has been a long time coming, not only because of the ten-year wait but also because Pearl Jam  began teasing their imminent return at Christmas time .

The band recently kickstarted the Australian tour rumours again  when  Live Nation Australia  took over Sydney’s Bondi Beach with a world-first installation promoting their new music and the forthcoming tour.

Pearl Jam continues to try to protect fans’ access to fairly priced tickets by providing the majority of tickets to its Ten Club members where possible, making tickets non-transferable where permitted, and by selling approximately 10% of tickets through PJ Premium at the market rate to offset increased costs. Tickets on this tour will continue to be non-transferable in all states except where it is prohibited by law, such as New York and Illinois. Unfortunately, fans in those states may be subject to increased ticket prices if they choose to purchase on the secondary market.

What is ticketmaster request.

Pearl Jam is using Ticketmaster Request to power this fan club presale. Ticketmaster Request is a simple way to request tickets to popular shows, so you don’t have to compete in a first-come, first-served sale. You can take your time to review the available options and request the right tickets for you. All you need to do is tell us which show(s) you’re interested in, the type of ticket you want and your payment details. If tickets that match your request are available, your card will be charged, and we’ll email you instructions on how to view them. Note: each show you are confirmed for will be charged separately by Ticketmaster; the charge will appear as Ticketmaster*Pearl Jam.

How does the Ten Club ticket request work?

Complete your request in three easy steps. First, tell us what shows and tickets you’re interested in. Then, provide a credit card to complete your ticket request. How do I unlock access to the Ten Club ticket request?

Is there a cutoff date to become a Ten Club member for the ticket request presale?

Yes. All fans must be a Ten Club paid member, current as of Monday, February 12, 2024. However, all fans can register for the chance to access the general sale on February 23 — tap here to get started.

Can I request tickets for more than one city?

Yes. By submitting a ticket request for any show, you are committing to purchase the ticket(s) should your request be fulfilled. For example, if you enter for five shows, it is possible your request can be fulfilled for all five shows in which case your credit card will immediately be charged for tickets to all five shows. However, you can only purchase up to two Ten Club tickets for each individual show. All tickets will be non-transferable in all states except where it is prohibited by law.

Can I get tickets to both shows in a city that has multiple performance dates?

Yes. For cities where there are two performance dates, you can request and may be confirmed for both shows, except in New York, where you can only be confirmed for one show.

Why can I no longer prioritize my shows?

Based on fan feedback, the prioritization tool caused confusion. Only request tickets for shows you can definitely attend.

My friend and I are both Ten Club Members. We both want to request a pair of tickets each. Can we both submit our requests using the same Ticketmaster account?

How will tickets be determined for Ten Club members?

To level the playing field, ticket requests are fulfilled in a randomized selection process. If selected for seated tickets, tickets will be assigned based on Ten Club seniority within the purchased price level.

Where are the tickets located?

Ten Club tickets are located in a variety of ticket types and locations. We anticipate greater demand for tickets than are tickets available. To better your chances of getting Ten Club tickets, select as many ticket options as you are willing to purchase.

What is the GA Pit or Reserved - Standing or Seating option?

Select this option if you are willing to stand in GA or sit through the show as you may be selected for either. If selected for GA standing tickets, you will receive early entry at a predetermined GA only door, at venues where early entry is permitted. If selected for Reserved Seating, your tickets will be assigned based on seniority in Ten Club.

What is the Reserved - Seating option?

In most venues, Ten Club reserved seated tickets will be available in two price levels. Reserved seated tickets are assigned to members based on seniority in the Ten Club within the purchased price level and will start closest to the stage extending back and include seats down on the arena floor. Ten Club ticketed areas will be highlighted on the seating chart during the ticket request process. Due to high demand at many of these shows, Ten Club seats can be located in some of the upper sections. Members with reserved tickets will enter the venue at the regular door time.

Why does Ten Club have seats in the upper areas?

Many venues have contractual partner programs which guarantee their subscribers access to some of the prime locations across all events in the building, including Pearl Jam shows. This is a contractual arrangement and is outside of Ten Club’s control. In some venues Ten Club must hold seats in higher sections to make up for the loss of ticket inventory in the lower areas.

What types of ADA Seating are available?

ADA seating is available through Ticketmaster Request during the seat selection process. Locations will vary by venue and are typically very limited. There is no ADA seating in the GA PIT at any of the shows.

Can I transfer or sell tickets I can’t use?

All tickets are non-transferable* and non-refundable.

Pearl Jam has asked Ticketmaster to ensure their fans have access to tickets at face value and to achieve this they have directed that tickets be restricted from transfer.* On the night of the show, all guests will be required to enter with the ticket purchaser. For fans that can’t use the tickets they have purchased, Pearl Jam and Ticketmaster will offer a Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange for every city beginning at a later date.*

Is there a deadline to list my tickets for sale on the Face Value Exchange for Pearl Jam?

Tickets may be listed up until one hour after the event start time*. However, the sooner you can list your tickets on the Exchange the better opportunity for them to be purchased by another fan. Once it’s been an hour since the event started, any tickets that have not sold will be placed back into your account and will be available for you to use.

What happens if my tickets don’t sell for Pearl Jam?

PEARL JAM Announces 'Dark Matter' 2024 World Tour

In support of its upcoming album "Dark Matter" , PEARL JAM will head out on a world tour this year, marking the first time the band has announced a new album and tour simultaneously and first time the group has unveiled all worldwide tour dates at once. Their global tour, hitting nine countries and 25 cities, kicks off at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, and will cover much of North America including shows at Wrigley Field, Madison Square Garden, Fenway Park, and their first hometown performance in six years at Seattle's Climate Pledge Arena, the world's first net zero certified arena.

The tour continues with performances in Europe, including their first performance at London's brand new and state-of-the-art Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, through September, followed by the group's long-awaited ten-year return to New Zealand and Australia this November.

Special guests DEEP SEA DIVER (North America Leg 1), Glen Hansard (North America Leg 2), THE MURDER CAPITAL (Europe), Richard Ashcroft (Dublin and London) and PIXIES (Australia and New Zealand) will serve as support for these dates.

PEARL JAM 's twelfth studio album, "Dark Matter" , will be released on April 19, 2024 via Monkeywrench Records / Republic Records . The LP's title track can be streamed below.

"Dark Matter" was helmed by Grammy Award -winning producer Andrew Watt and is PEARL JAM 's first release since 2020's "Gigaton" .

In 2023, the members of PEARL JAM — Eddie Vedder (vocals), Jeff Ament (bass), Stone Gossard (rhythm guitar), Mike McCready (lead guitar) and Matt Cameron (drums) — retreated to Shangri-La Studios in Malibu where they simply plugged in and played under Watt 's watch. Writing and recording in a burst of inspiration, "Dark Matter" was born in just three weeks. As a result, "Dark Matter" channels the shared spirit of a group of lifelong creative confidants and brothers in one room playing as if their very lives depended on it. All of the blood, sweat, tears, and energy of a storied career felt renewed and poured into this one body of work.

The PEARL JAM bandmembers personally previewed the record with a listening party at the iconic Troubadour in West Hollywood during Grammy week:

Vedder said: "I'm getting chills, because I have good memories. We're still looking for ways to communicate. We're at this time in our lives when you could do it or you could not do it, but we still care about putting something out there that is meaningful and we hopefully think is our best work. No hyperbole, I think this is our best work."

Ament added: "What Ed said about getting us in a room at this point, we felt like we were about to make a really important record. A lot of that had to do with the atmosphere Andrew set up. He has encyclopedic knowledge of our history, not only as a band and how we wrote songs, but as players. He could pinpoint things we did on old songs to the point where I was, like, 'What the fuck is he talking about?' His excitement was contagious. He's a force. "Dark Matter" album packaging features light painting art by Alexandr Gnezdilov . Light painting is an artistic form of photography where images are created by adjusting a camera's exposure for an extended period and using a light source, such as a flashlight, to "paint" in the dark. The album cover art was crafted using a large self-made kaleidoscope. Each letter visible on the cover was individually captured and handwritten midair with a specially designed flashlight to create the pearlescent effect.

Pearl Jam will hit the road again in 2024.

Pearl Jam continues to try to protect fans’ access to fairly priced tickets by providing the majority of tickets to its Ten Club members where possible and selling approximately 10% of tickets through ‘PJ Premium’ at the market rate to offset increased costs.

To ensure fans get their tickets as intended, Pearl Jam has decided that tickets to New Zealand shows will not be transferable until 48 hours prior to the event dates. Fans that cannot use their tickets are welcome to sell them via Ticketmaster at the price originally paid, with no additional fees for the seller or buyer.

*Eligibility: Only paid Ten Club members active as of Monday, February 12  are eligible to participate in this presale. 

To participate in the Ten Club Members-Only Presale, you must place your ticket request by Friday, February 16 at 3pm GMT / 4pm CET.

To participate in the Registration Sale, you must register by Sunday, February 18 at 11:59 pm local time.

I have access requirements; how do I register for tickets via Ticketmaster Request?

Accessible seating locations will vary by venue and are typically very limited. When selecting Accessible Seating through Ticketmaster Request, select how many paid accessible seats you would like (up to two per show). We will then contact you to confirm if you require seat an additional seat (per paid ticket) for companion/s and what type of accessible seat you need. As noted, accessible seating is limited, so not all requests may be fulfilled. Please note no additional seats can be selected. If you would like to attend with additional ticket holders, you can register for an opportunity to shop for the sale on 23 February.

What are the age restrictions for attending these shows?

Pearl Jam concerts are licensed all ages events.

All patrons regardless of age must hold a valid ticket.

Auckland Stadiums for all-ages events, children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

How to Get Tickets – Pearl Jam Ten Club Members-Only Presale powered by Ticketmaster Request

What is Ticketmaster Request?

Pearl Jam is using Ticketmaster Request to power this fan club presale. Ticketmaster Request is a simple way to request tickets to popular shows, so you don’t have to compete in a first-come, first-served sale. You can take your time to review the available options and request the right tickets for you. All you need to do is tell us which show(s) you’re interested in, the type of ticket you want and your payment details. If tickets that match your request are available, your card will be charged, and we’ll email you instructions on how to claim them. Note: each show you are confirmed for will be charged separately by Ticketmaster; the charge will appear as Ticketmaster*Pearl Jam.

If you’ve bought tickets via the Ten Club for previous tours in Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand then we have some updates:

• You can now purchase a single Ten Club ticket.  Pairs not required.
• Tickets will be mobile only.
• You may purchase commemorative paper tickets to be delivered after the show date
• Tickets you can no longer use, can be resold for face value using fan to fan exchange

How does the Ten Club ticket request work?

Complete your request in three easy steps. First, tell us what shows and tickets you’re interested in. Then, provide a credit card to complete your ticket request. If your request is fulfilled, your card will be charged and we’ll email you a confirmation with instructions on how to claim your tickets during the week of February 19 . Note: tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.

How do I unlock access to the Ten Club ticket request?

Eligible Ten Club members will receive an email from Ten Club with the info. You can also find the presale info on the Ten Club Member News page. The Ten Club ticket request is for eligible Ten Club members only with active membership accounts as of Monday, February 12, 2024 .

Is there a cutoff date to become a Ten Club member for the ticket request presale?

Yes. All fans must be a Ten Club paid member, current as of Monday, February 12, 2024 . However, all fans can register for the chance to access the sale on February 23 — tap here to get started.

Can I request tickets for more than one city?

Yes. By submitting a ticket request for any show, you are committing to purchase the ticket(s) should your request be fulfilled. For example, if you enter for five shows, it is possible your request can be fulfilled for all five shows in which case your credit card will immediately be charged for tickets to all five shows. However, you can only purchase up to two Ten Club tickets for each individual show. All tickets will be non-transferable in all everywhere except US states where it is prohibited by law.

Why can I no longer prioritize my shows?

Based on fan feedback, the prioritization tool caused confusion. Only request tickets for shows you can definitely attend.

My wife and I are both Ten Club Members. We both want to request a pair of tickets each. Can we both submit our requests using the same Ticketmaster account?

No, each member must request tickets using their own Ticketmaster account.

How will tickets be determined for Ten Club members?

To level the playing field, ticket requests are fulfilled in a randomized selection process.  If selected for seated tickets, tickets will be assigned based on Ten Club seniority.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my Ten Club ticket request?

I need to adjust my Ten Club ticket request, what should I do?

Why does Ten Club have seats in the upper areas?

Many venues have contractual partner programs which guarantee their subscribers access to some of the prime locations across all events in the building, including Pearl Jam shows. This is a contractual arrangement and is outside of Ten Club’s control. In some venues Ten Club must hold seats in higher sections to make up for the loss of ticket inventory in the lower areas.

Can I cancel my Ten Club ticket request?

Yes, requests can be cancelled via the ‘My Requests’ page, located in the menu in the top right corner of the request page. If you place a new request, your previous request will be cancelled automatically. Requests may be cancelled until Friday, February 16 2AM Australia/4AM New Zealand.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can request per show?

Ten Club members may request up to two (2) tickets per show for this tour. When shopping for tickets during the Registration Sale, you may purchase up to four (4) additional tickets per arena show and six (6) tickets per stadium show .

Do I need to request in pairs?

You may request a single ticket for your show(s). Requesting single tickets does NOT change your odds of being confirmed.

How many shows can I request?

By submitting a ticket request for any show, you are committing to purchase the ticket(s) should your request be confirmed. In instances where multiple shows are offered through Ticketmaster Request, if you submit a request for multiple different shows, it is possible your request can be confirmed for all shows, in which case your credit card will be immediately charged for tickets to all shows requested.

Only request the number of shows or tickets you are prepared to pay for.

Ticket confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis beginning Saturday 17 February.

When will you charge my card?

Charges will begin on Friday, 16 February and end on Sunday, 18 February — you will only be charged if your request is fulfilled. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum total. As a reminder: Ten Club has secured the majority of tickets for this presale where possible. Your request may be fulfilled for ALL the shows you selected, at which point you will be charged for the maximum total provided in your summary. Each show you are confirmed for will be charged separately by Ticketmaster; the charge will appear as Ticketmaster*Pearl Jam. Please note a temporary $1 authorisation may be held on your card when you submit your request to ensure the card is active. This charge is immediately reversed; it may take a few days to disappear from your bank.

I submitted duplicate requests by accident. What should I do?

We’ll only keep the details of your last submission. If you’d like to adjust any part of your ticket request, a new request must be submitted. Can I confirm my seats before my credit card is charged? What if I don’t like the tickets I get?

Once your request has been fulfilled, we will immediately process your credit card and assign seats. Reserved Seating is based on Ten Club seniority in the fan club. Please do not request tickets for any cities, shows, or seat preferences that you do not actually wish to purchase.

I’m having trouble getting past the Ticketmaster sign in on the Ten Club ticket request site.

If you are successfully entering your email address and password but not allowed to continue, please make sure that your browser settings allow 3rd party cookies. Please be sure to use the link sent to you via email or on the Ten Club Member News page.

If my request is confirmed, how will I get my tickets?

Ticket confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis over the course of three days, beginning Friday, 16 February and ending Sunday, 18 February. Please follow the Ten Club presale timeline for updates. If your request is fulfilled, we will notify you by email and immediately charge the credit card you provided. Additionally, we will email you instructions on how to view your tickets in your Ticketmaster account in March (date TBC). Note: tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalised.

My credit card got charged but I haven’t received an email confirming my order yet, what should I do?

Please search your email for Ticketmaster Request or [email protected] . Also, your credit card company may be slightly ahead. We will notify you by email of your ticket request status and next steps. If you don’t receive your confirmation details within 24 hours, please email Ten Club’s Ticketmaster Support at [email protected] . Please be sure to include your receipt number and the name listed on the request summary.

Is the Ten Club ticket request for Ten Club members only?

If I used the Ten Club ticket request can I also request additional tickets through the sale on February 23?

Yes. Everyone is encouraged to register for the sale on February 23 for an additional opportunity to get tickets. This sale will take place after all confirmed Ten Club requests have been processed. Registration does not guarantee access to the sale. Registration is now open and will close on Sunday, February 18 at 11:59 pm local venue time.

What happens if my Ten Club ticket request is not confirmed?

Are international fans able to request tickets to shows in North America?

Yes, eligible international fans who create a Ticketmaster.com account can submit a Ten Club ticket request. However, we may limit the availability of the Site or any service or product described on the Site to any person or geographic area at any time. Can I request tickets for the shows outside of New Zealand?

Yes. Each country will require its own ticket request submission. If you are confirmed for a show and we attempt to process your order, your local bank may elect to decline the transaction.

• A charge from a US-based company may be attempted between Feb 19 and Feb 21

Pearl Jam is asking fans to register for their Dark Matter World Tour 2024 sale to help block bots and scalpers, and get more tickets to real people who want to attend the show.

Registration does not guarantee access to the sale. Some fans who register will be randomly selected to get access to the sale and others will be placed on a waitlist. Access does not guarantee tickets.

I received a registration confirmation email, does that mean I will get tickets?

No, the registration confirmation email is simply to inform you that we have received your information. 

A second email will be sent on the evening of Thursday, February 22 letting you know if you will receive a unique access code to join the sale or if you’ve been placed on the waitlist.

When will I receive an email letting me know if I’ll receive a unique access code or be placed on the waitlist?

Does registering mean I get a sale access code?

No. Registration does not guarantee access to the sale.

What is the ticket limit?

The ticket limit for the sale is six (6) tickets per stadium show.

What is PJ Premium?

PJ Premium seats are located in a variety of preferred locations and account for approximately 10% of ticket inventory per show. They are priced at market rate to offset increased touring costs while also keeping prices low for the rest of the ticket inventory. PJ Premium tickets will be available along with regularly priced tickets during the sale.

Can I transfer my code to someone else?

No, codes are unique to the account they’re issued to and won’t work if shared.

How can I get the seating map in advance?

Seating options vary depending on the event or venue and in some cases may not be available until tickets go on sale. Visit the event page on Ticketmaster to learn more about seating options and maps.

How will I know if I’ve been granted access to the Registration Sale after I’ve been placed on the waitlist?

If selected, you will receive an email with a unique access code and link to the sale. Access to the sale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re sent a unique access code and link, you should join the sale as soon as possible.

I’m a real fan – not a bot or reseller. Why didn’t I get access?

Selection is random and not a measure of how big a fan anybody is. There are typically more fans registered than there are tickets available so a limited number of fans get access to the sale, and others must be placed on the waitlist. The number of fans who receive access depends on the number of tickets currently available — this is done to help create a less crowded ticket shopping experience for fans.

Save time by searching “Best Available,” which scans all sections fast – it’s quicker than searching sections one at a time.

Keep an eye on the clock

There will be a time limit applied to all transactions as you are progressed through the ticket purchasing stages. Remember to keep an eye on the timer on your screen and move through the processing pages as quickly as possible (this is even easier when you’ve completed the account set-up stage we mentioned above).

Don’t refresh your screen

Stick to one window while you’re in the  Waiting Room  and when you’re being pushed through  the Smart Queue  and always resist the urge to refresh.

Hitting the refresh button means you’ll lose your place in the queue and, as frustrating as it can get, patience is the only way to win this game. Ticketmaster is equipped with sophisticated systems that are designed to manage and process ticket purchases as quickly as possible. The queuing system that appears on your screen will place you at the front of the line as soon as possible.

Remember: there are a lot of fans

We’re expecting this to be a very popular event. When a popular event goes on sale there are hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of customers all attempting to purchase tickets at the same time. Global rockers Green Day are heading down under in March 2025 and have added the Gold Coast to the tour schedule, the band’s only Queensland performance.

In 1996, Pearl Jam were on tour supporting their fourth record, No Code , an album that in many ways represented and reflected dynamic creative changes for the band.

Like many fans my age, I loved Pearl Jam’s first few records when I was in high school, just a few years prior. By 1996, though, I was away at college and feeling more than just geographically isolated. Worse than that, my dad was fighting the lymphatic cancer that would claim his life, less than a year later. I was 18, things felt dark, and I was hanging on desperately at the time to some of the things I loved most. Things like Pearl Jam’s music that, in many ways, offered me some solace. Looking back, I guess that’s why making it all the way down to Merriweather Post Pavilion outside of DC with a few friends to see them play for the first time felt so important to me, back then. Like a sort of pilgrimage I needed to make.

The No Code tour was during the height of Pearl Jam’s famed battle with Ticketmaster, a fight against ugly monopolistic ticket pricing practices and excessive surcharges that bassist Jeff Ament and guitarist Stone Gossard took all the way to Capitol Hill (and a fight that you might call a regular Old-Testament David-and-Goliath showdown, if not for the fact that Goliath won). A virtuous effort, sure, but at a practical level what that epic mid-nineties standoff translated to on that tour was inordinate frustration at venue entrances: the ticketing company with whom Pearl Jam partnered proved incapable of handling concerts of that scale, resulting in log jams. At Merriweather, on that September night, the band took the stage while hundreds of fans, including my friends and me, were stuck trying to get our tickets scanned. We listened anxiously while the band strummed the opening chords of “Long Road” – a beautiful ballad about loss and longing that bleeds midway through into blissful catharsis – and let it ring. They leaned on the throttle after that, launching into the inexorable riffage of rockers “Hail Hail,” “Animal,” and “Spin The Black Circle” before gate agents (and the gates themselves, if I recall) ultimately surrendered to the throng, and we rushed inside.

For the devoted, a Pearl Jam concert has become a sort of ritual, a curated culture complete with its own traditions. You can rely on a Pearl Jam show to invariably last for almost three hours, and sometimes even longer. You can rely on so much show-to-show setlist variation that each one becomes a sort of independent testimony to a unique event. You can rely on a festive finale featuring a few well-loved standards played with the vocal support of a full crowd, the folks up front vying to catch one of the several souvenir tambourines tossed. You can rely on the band to emerge from backstage to a deafening arena roar, as you begin to make out their familiar silhouettes in the darkness. And you can rely on frontman Eddie Vedder, a charismatic, natural showman, to carry with him onto the stage a personal notebook, and a bottle of wine – two items that for longtime fans have reached a sort of iconic status – and to place them at the base of the mic stand before the band opens with slow-burner to ease you into the evening.

On Saturday night at South Philly’s Wells Fargo Center, all of these traditions were observed, at what would be my 30th time seeing this band. Beyond just five songs the band picked to show off from their latest album Dark Matter , the entirety of yet another unique two-and-a-half-hour set was selected from their beloved first five records, with fan-favorite deep cuts featured especially from 1998’s Yield . They dug deep into their early days too, offering up their full triad from the soundtrack to Cameron Crowe’s love-letter-to-Seattle of a film, Singles : “State Of Love And Trust” and “Breath” were both played, alongside a cover of proto-Pearl-Jam band Mother Love Bone’s medley “Chloe Dancer/Crown Of Thorns.” And no one was caught outside at the gate, this time around, when the opening chords of “Long Road” rang, sounding as resonant as they did at that first show, 28 years ago.
