Had a terrible experience with them in 2004. It was paper ticket at that time. Bought a ticket from them for Thai Airways and Air India. Which I found out a day before the journey that they did not report to sale to the airlines and hence although I paid for the ticket few months ago and I had the ticket with me, I could not travel. They hung up my phone when I called. And finally I called the Houston Police and reported the incident.

My sister referred me to Rahul at Mitra travel over 18 years ago. We have used his services numerous times and have been exceptionally happy with his business ethic, attitude, and professionalism. Whether you're booking one ticket for a local flight or a trip for 50 of your favorite people to far corners of the world, you will be in good hands. Rahul cares about his clients and makes sure that their trip is safe and enjoyable.

Rahul is awesome. I always go to him for travel advice. He is always honest and let's us know of any safety advisory that the destination may have. I also that he is prompt with his responses. Keep up the good service!

My family had referred my husband and I to Rahul at Mitra travel. He has given us best customer service we could ask ever ask for. He recently just helped us to get our India ticket for last December and he went above and beyond to get us best rate possible. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip so he did what he could on his and refunded us our money. He has been honest and very professional. Thanks Rahul for everything and look forward to using you for our next trip. :)

The travel agency has excellent service! The staff is reliable, helpful, and professional.

If I could give a lower rating I would. What an awful business and awful employees. They expect the customer to know everything about flights and provide zero information about flight bookings and flight payments. So what is the point of going to a travel agent in this situation? They even admitted to not needing to tell the customer important details about flight booking. They yelled at me in the store and kept telling me I was wrong. The saying "the customer is always right" does not exist at this 'business'. If one would even want to call it that. I was treated awfully, and there is no courtesy from any of the workers. Terrible terrible experience. BEWARE!!! never do business with these nasty people. Go to Expedia or another internet source for the same deals. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
